● Degussa’s coatings and colorants business
has relocated its headquarters
from Marl, Germany to Parsippany,
NJ. The relocation emphasizes
Degussa’s determination to globalize
the unit at a time when markets in
both Europe and North America have
similarly high sales levels with opportunities
for future growth, according to
the company.
“This relocation will allow us to better
serve our multinational customers
based in North America,” said Thomas
Hermann, head of the coatings and
colorants business unit. “At the same
time, we feel secure in the knowledge
that our European customers will continue
to receive the high level of service
they have come to expect.”
